These Terms of Service apply when you book an appliance repair visit with Perfect Services by phone, WhatsApp or through this website.

1. Who we are

Perfect Services is an independent, locally owned appliance repair service registered in Pune (see registration details below). We are not an authorised service centre of, and are not affiliated with, any appliance brand or manufacturer. Brand names on this website only show which appliances we can repair; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Services

We provide doorstep inspection and repair of air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens in Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Yerwada, Wagholi, Lohgaon, Magarpatta and nearby East Pune areas, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Availability depends on your exact location and our schedule.

3. Charges

• A service visit charge of ₹250 applies for the technician's visit and inspection.
• Repair labour and any spare parts are charged extra. After inspection, the technician will tell you the repair cost before starting work.
• You may decline the repair after inspection; in that case only the ₹250 visit charge is payable.
• Payment is collected after the visit or on completion of the repair, by cash or UPI. We do not take advance online payments through this website.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give correct contact, address and appliance details, and be available (or have someone available) at the agreed time.
• Provide safe access to the appliance and a working power supply.

5. Appointment times

We try to reach you at the agreed time, but delays can happen because of traffic or earlier jobs. We will inform you if we are running late.

6. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care while inspecting and repairing your appliance. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by power fluctuations, or problems arising from parts or repairs not carried out by us. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
