- Details you give us when you call, WhatsApp us or submit the service form: your name, mobile number, appliance type, brand, area/location and a description of the problem.
- Technical information collected automatically through cookies and similar tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Ads), such as pages visited, the device and browser used, and whether you arrived by clicking one of our ads (including an ad click identifier).
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, schedule a visit and provide the repair service.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or SMS about your request.
- To understand which of our advertisements bring enquiries, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Where it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries submitted on the website are recorded in a private Google Sheet and sent by email to Perfect Services. They are accessible only to Perfect Services and to our digital marketing agency, which manages our website and advertising on our behalf. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Advertising and analytics data are processed by Google.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-up service requests, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
